  1. Brad,

Unfortunately, the “blizzard” didn’t last very long. The sun came back out in 30 minutes. I literally walked out the door and thought I was in Narnia or something. BTW, tonights low is something like 24.

But you can still come up and eat some Qdoba with us. 🙂

  2. It’s in the 30’s in Montgomery right now! We have an Easter sunrise service planned and it is forecast to be below freezing. I’ve already got people telling me that they’re not coming – you know, the kids and all.

What the heck is going on?

  3. Man, I haven’t thought about that! It’s been a long time since I’ve beent to a sunrise service. Yeah, from one Bama boy to another, this weather ain’t quite right.

  4. Awww come on, that was snow flurries, a minor squall at best.

And it was all gone the next day. My girlfriend, who is down from Vermont for the weekend, is to blame, she says it’s NICER here.

Who does a sunrise service OUTSIDE anyway?

P.S. My church is cancelling services because wouldn’t you know it, Easter falls on a Sunday again this year. 😉

  5. Thankfully, we don’t fall for any of that “cancel church on Easter” silliness. And Alan, it sounds like you’ve got “true Baptists” there. 😉

Anyhow, being from southeast Tennessee, usually around Easter we get one “blizzard” and then no more snow until next January. If we’re really lucky we’ll get snow in December. I remember the “blizzard” of ’94, we got a whole foot of snow. I went outside and built lawn furniture. 🙂

  6. Aww Hershey!! I think it’s crazy that were having snow and all this cold weather in April. Hopefull we’ll get some warm weather here soon.
