The Christian Post Covers P2R

Tim has a missionary heart for his hometown to love those close to him yet far from God. He is husband to Dusti and father to Nolan, Aiden, and Adelyn - fellow pilgrims to our celestial city.

A long time ago I set up a Google Alert for my name because, you know, I had to know who was drinking the hatorade.  But those days have passed for the most part, and my Google Alert has been quite uneventful to say the least (and that could be taken as a very good thing).

But then I noticed yesterday that The Christian Post did a write up on Partnering to Remember (P2R), which was a pleasant surprise.  As far as I know, this is the first report from any Christian media about what is taking place, so thank you Christian Post for drawing attention to this little project that so many Christians around the world have come to own and enjoy.

  1. I heard about this program on the radio the other day and got really excited. Our pastor has been encouraging our congregation to memorize scripture and has given us bookmarks with 14 verses to memorize. But then I heard about this program and got fired up to take the scripture memorization up a notch. I’ve downloaded the PDF from the Resurgence website and have printed copies and emailed them to my small group and the church office manager (to distribute to the pastoral staff). So I would say that Christian media is effective! I’m getting a late start on Philippians, but I can catch up. 🙂 God bless!
