A sign you’re growing in grace: You realize Jesus ALWAYS writes stories of mercy & reconciliation bigger than you would.

A sign you’re growing in grace: When you sing the line, “that saved a wretch like me”, you can name specific wretchedness.

A sign you’re growing in grace: You know you’re not NEARLY as free as Jesus intends you to be.

A sign you’re growing in grace: After reading the Bible for an hour, you feel better about Jesus than you do yourself.

A sign you’re growing in grace: You are quicker to blast your cynical spirit with the gospel than you were last year.

A sign you’re growing in grace: You talk slower & interrupt people less, because you’re not as important to you as you used to be.

A sign you’re growing in grace: You’re more contrite about your sin than cynical, or even aware of the sin of others.
