A sign you’re growing in grace: You look in mirrors less often and pray for missionaries more regularly.

A sign you’re growing in grace: The assistants in your office feel less like gophers and more like prized team members.

A sign you’re growing in grace: The better you know Jesus the more comfortable you are with mystery & a lack of closure.

A sign you’re growing in grace: Jesus is healing you of the paralysis of analysis so that you’re more outward looking.

A sign you’re growing in grace: You’re not really planning on retiring, but refocusing and refiring.

A sign you’re growing in grace: You don’t get as irritated when people ask you to repeat yourself a 2nd or ever 3rd time.

A sign you’re growing in grace: As you grow more confident theologically you don’t grow equally more cocky.

A sign you’re growing in grace: You’re just as concerned about how you DEAL with an issue as the issue itself.
