Blogging in Despair

Tim has a missionary heart for his hometown to love those close to him yet far from God. He is husband to Dusti and father to Nolan, Aiden, and Adelyn - fellow pilgrims to our celestial city.

I am very blessed to have many brothers (and sisters) in my life who are committed to my spiritual growth and sanctification.  A couple of weeks ago, one of them decided to give a tangible expression of such a commitment.  As I went to the mailbox, I found something from this company, and here’s how it looks on me after a long night working at UPS:

So I am officially blogging in despair thanks to the Ascol clan.  Thank you for thinking about me when you saw this shirt!  For the first time in three years, I feel like I am “dressed for the job.”  😉

To send this shirt to a blogger of your choice, go here to order (discounted to $13.95 until Thursday 12PM CST).

  1. Tom,

I have felt incomplete until I blogged in this t-shirt. All the antagonism against blogging did nothing compared to feeling the despair on my chest. 😉

  2. Now that trash is funny! I am thinking of getting one myself… I saw that they have sizes for big folks like myself, woops… I mean skinny folks :)!

  3. Wait a minute . . . I thought this post was about my t-shirt. You guys are trying to hijack the comments and talk about my hairy arms.

You know what they say about hair arms, don’t you? They are there to hide the bulging muscles. 😉

And no, Yogi, I do not work out like I used to. Please don’t remind me!

  4. Thank you, brother! I am basking in the warm glow of my 15 minutes of fame……..and anticipating sartorial acclaim upon the debut of my new wardrobe addition!
